Delivery is available throughout Europe.

We organize shipping and delivery within the EU together with trusted logistics companies, offering door-to-door delivery whenever possible. We also arrange suitable delivery vehicles ourselves, depending on the package size and delivery location.

Before delivery, the customer must make sure that the selected vehicle has proper access to the unloading and assembly location.

Our gazebo packages are packed on one or more non-standard pallets. The exact package size and weight may vary depending on the gazebo model, flooring, furniture, and other package contents. Please confirm the final pallet size and weight with Garden Pergola specialists before delivery.

Our packages are designed so they can be safely stacked on top of each other during storage and transportation, depending on the loading conditions and total package weight.

The packages are designed for safe loading and unloading using a forklift, pallet jack, or crane manipulator. This helps protect the gazebo parts from damage, scratches, and unnecessary movement during delivery.

The package cost is included in the shipping price. This can make shipping more expensive, but it ensures better protection and higher-quality delivery for the gazebo.

The packaging is designed to protect the wooden structure from moisture, mould, and weather exposure during transport. If moisture or rain enters the package, the packaging allows airflow so the materials can dry naturally in time. This helps the wooden parts stay protected and last longer while stored in the package.

The packaging is easy to open, close, and disassemble. This allows the gazebo parts and furniture items to be removed safely and conveniently.

After delivery and unpacking, the package can be reused for different purposes, such as storing garden equipment, tools, furniture, or other outdoor items. The package can also be dismantled, disposed of, or reused by the customer as a storage box or outdoor utility box.

All products are packed in protective film or cardboard packaging and can also be stored outdoors for a short period of time.

Individual wooden structures can be delivered together with assembly services and assembly materials.

We can also organise a professional assembly team to set up the gazebo for you. Assembly is not included in the standard product or delivery price and is available for an additional cost. The assembly details, timing, and price are arranged separately via WhatsApp or email, either before or after delivery.

Example of the Order and Delivery Process

1. The customer designs and edits the gazebo using our 3D sketch editor.
2. The customer places the order and fills in the delivery details.
3. After payment, we check the order and delivery information. If we notice an address mistake, delivery issue, or any possible access problem, we contact the customer. If we, the logistics company, or the customer are not fully sure about the delivery conditions, we offer different possible solutions.
4. The customer receives the package within approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the delivery country, route, package size, and logistics schedule.
5. After delivery, the customer can open the package, read the assembly instructions, and start installing the gazebo themselves. Alternatively, the customer can wait for our assembly team, which must be ordered separately by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
6. The package can be unloaded near a garage, outside the house, in the garden, over a fence, or in another suitable place, depending on what the yard, alley, road, or access area allows.
7. After unpacking, the customer can dismantle, dispose of, or reuse the package. Many customers use it as a practical storage box for garden tools, furniture, or outdoor equipment.

Tools and foundation materials are not included in the standard package.
