How to order a gazebo
Here we will describe the overall ordering process.
Ordering your gazebo is simple. You can choose a ready-made model from our shop or create a custom design using our 3D sketch editor.
1.Choose a Gazebo from Our Shop
You can select one of our ready-made gazebo offers from the shop. These models are already designed and prepared for ordering.
2.Design or Customise Your Own Gazebo
You can also create your own gazebo using our 3D sketch editor. You may start from a ready-made design, choose one of our shop models and click “Make changes”, or adjust the design according to your needs before placing the order.
3.Proceed to Checkout
Once you are happy with your gazebo design, click checkout and fill in your delivery details.
Please make sure that your email address, phone number, and delivery address are correct. If we have any questions about your order, design, payment, or delivery details, we will contact you using the information provided.
4.Choose Your Payment Method
You can complete your payment by card or by invoice.
If you are unsure about your order, delivery, assembly, or any technical details, you can click “Contact us” before completing the purchase. We will answer your questions and help you choose the best solution.
If you are ordering as a company and have a valid VAT number, reverse VAT may be available where applicable. In this case, the VAT can be removed from the payment according to EU reverse charge rules.
5.Production Starts After Payment
After successful payment, we review the order details and start producing your gazebo. If we notice any missing information, address mistake, delivery issue, or possible access problem, we will contact you before continuing.
6.Delivery Arrangement
When your gazebo is ready, we contact you to arrange the delivery date and details.
We organise delivery throughout Europe together with logistics companies. Depending on the package size, delivery country, and access conditions, the gazebo can be delivered directly to your address.
7.Receiving the Package
Your gazebo is delivered in protective packaging designed for safe transportation. The package contains the main gazebo parts, roof parts, floor parts if included in your selected model, screws, assembly materials, and assembly instructions.
Tools and foundation materials are not included in the standard package unless ordered separately.
If you need additional items such as furniture, foundation materials, tools, or other accessories, we can also help arrange them together with your gazebo order when possible.
7.Assembly Options
After receiving the package, you can install the gazebo yourself using the included assembly instructions.
Depending on your country and location, you may also have the option to hire our assembly team to set up the gazebo for you. Assembly is not included in the standard product or delivery price and must be arranged separately by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Additional Information
For some gazebo types and locations, a building permit may not be required, especially for temporary, seasonal, or smaller structures. However, requirements can vary by country, region, and local municipality. We recommend checking local building rules before installation if you are unsure.
