Clear cooperation from day one

To make sure your order runs quickly and without misunderstandings, we agree from the very start what you take care of and what the GardenPergola team takes care of.

What you take care of

• Give us the exact dimensions and the place where the structure will stand.
• Make sure the site is ready for assembly.
• Provide clear access to the assembly site.
• Choose the colour, model and accessories before you order.

What we take care of

• We prepare a suitable solution based on the information you give us.
• We use quality materials and careful workmanship.
• We agree the drawings, packages and delivery dates with you.
• We deliver and assemble the structure, if this is part of your order.

Before production starts, we go through every detail with you, so the finished result matches the solution you chose.
