Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all European Union countries. Each order is carefully packed to withstand international transport.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and the size and weight of the product. The exact shipping fee for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
What is the delivery time?
The total process takes approximately 4 weeks:
Production: Approximately 2 weeks to craft your ordered gazebo or pergola with precision.
Shipping: Approximately 2 weeks for transport from our warehouse to your location.
Assembly & Installation
How are the products delivered?
The gazebo or pergola is delivered in a flat-pack, disassembled form on secure pallets. This ensures safe transportation and easier handling upon arrival.
Do you provide installation services?
Since we ship internationally, we may also be able to provide on-site installation, depending on your country and location. Installation is arranged separately by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Please contact us for more information.
Is it difficult to assemble on my own?
Our products are designed as DIY-friendly kits. We provide a comprehensive, step-by-step assembly manual. A local handyman or a person with basic carpentry skills should be able to assemble the product without difficulty.

What is included in the package?
The package includes all precision-cut and planed wooden components, a specialized hardware kit with screws and bolts, and a detailed assembly manual.
Orders & Support
What if my delivery is damaged?
Please inspect the package upon arrival. If you notice any transport damage, document it on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace any damaged parts free of charge.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your ordered product has been manufactured and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your home.
