Shipping and packages
We deliver across Europe. We organise the logistics ourselves, with transport partners and our own vehicles, and bring the order packed and ready to assemble. Where needed, our team installs it as well.
Two delivery options
- Fast delivery. The price is shown at checkout and paid together with the order.
- Economy delivery. We combine the order with other deliveries going the same way. It takes longer and costs less. Nothing is charged for delivery at checkout, and we send the price on WhatsApp.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 weeks, in every country. If the cart shows no delivery price for your country, economy delivery is the option, and we contact you by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone about the cost and timing.
How we plan a delivery
- After the order we check the address and the delivery details.
- Our trained team looks at the distance and the conditions on site and checks which vehicle can reach the address.
- If something is unclear, such as a narrow road or no room to unload, we contact you and suggest a solution.
- We agree the delivery day with you.
- The package is unloaded where the site allows, for example by the garage, in the garden or over the fence.
How the order is packed
Depending on its size, the order travels in boxes or on pallets. Gazebos come in a timber crate on a pallet base. Our packages are made to be easy to handle and unload, by hand or with a crane truck (manipulator) or a forklift.
With economy delivery we use your own transport or the best transport available at the time, so the form of the package can vary. The contents stay the same.
After unpacking, the crate can be taken apart or kept as a storage box for garden tools or furniture.
Our package types
3x3 m package
About 330 x 145 x 100 cm. For 3x3 m gazebos with or without a floor and for 3x4 m gazebos without a floor.
3x4 m and 4x4 m package
About 410 x 145 x 100 cm. For 3x4 m and 4x4 m gazebos and models of a similar size.
4x5 m package
About 500 x 145 x 100 cm. For 4x4.5 m and 4x5 m gazebos.
4x6 m package
About 605 x 145 x 100 cm. For 4x6 m gazebos and smaller 4 m wide models. Some furniture fits in as well.
4x7 m package
About 705 x 145 x 100 cm. Our largest crate, for 4x7 m gazebos and other large models, with room for furniture.
Sizes are approximate, and the weight depends on what is inside.

Tools and foundation materials are not included unless ordered separately. When possible, we send furniture, foundation materials or other items together with the gazebo.
Installation
Assemble it yourself with the full kit, instructions and video, or let our team do it. Our team installs most buildings in about 1 to 2 days. Assembling one yourself takes 1 to 5 days, depending on the size of the model. Installation is not part of the standard price, and we agree its cost and timing with you separately. We give a 2-year guarantee in every country and can send spare parts if they are ever needed.
