How to order a gazebo

There are two ways to order a gazebo. Pick a ready model in the shop or design your own in the 3D constructor. After that, everything goes the same way.

Step by step

1. Choose the gazebo. Find a model in the shop or start from scratch in the 3D constructor. A shop model can also be opened in the constructor and changed.
2. Choose the size and details. Size, roof, floor, walls and colour.
3. Add it to the cart. Check the order and fill in the delivery details. Please make sure the e-mail, phone number and address are correct, because that is how we reach you.
4. Choose the delivery. Fast delivery with the price in the cart, or economy delivery combined with other trips going your way. If no delivery price is shown, we contact you by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone with the cost and timing.
5. Pay. By card with 3D Secure, or by invoice. Companies with a valid VAT number can use the reverse charge where it applies.
6. We make it. We check the order, cut the parts with special machinery and paint them with painting machinery. If anything is unclear, we contact you before we start.
7. We pack and deliver. When the order is ready, we contact you and agree the delivery day.
8. Installation. Assemble it yourself with the full kit, instructions and video, or let our team install it. Most of our buildings go up in one day.

Delivery and packages

We deliver across Europe, and delivery usually takes 1 to 4 weeks in every country. Depending on its size, the order travels in boxes or on pallets, and gazebos come in a timber crate on a pallet base. Packages can be unloaded by hand, with a crane truck or with a forklift. The package types and sizes are on the delivery and packaging page.

Building and installation

The kit has all the wooden parts, the roof parts, the floor if the model has one, screws and instructions. Tools and foundation materials are not included unless ordered separately. Installation by our team costs extra, and we agree the price and timing with you. We give a 2-year guarantee and can send spare parts if they are ever needed.

Non-standard orders
